Adding new language sounds

I think that are some problem with the but system and the forum, because I posted something a few days ago and they simply disappear. And now the bug system only allows to view something if you are registered, and also I have registered a few days ago and my registration simply disappear too!!

The problem that I'm having with adding new languages is that when I try to add a new language or language pack, the pages doesnt exist.

When I try to add a new sound file, I've got some error regarding permissions.

I've found a couple of issues regarding non existent pages and some incorrect addresses, and I would like to know if its best to put it here or to add as a bug in mantis.

I hope that this time this post didnt vanish!

Hi gabriel,
Sorry for the vanishing post, I had some problems with the old server I had to moved the webserver to another location. I didn't had the last database snapshot and some information got lost because of this. Please add the bugs in mantis.
