Configuration Error

Hello.

I installed starfish for freeswitch and after configuring it the freeswitch install threw the error:
[ERR] switch_xml.c:1584 Error[[error near line 1]: root tag missing]
This only occurs when <param name="gateway-url" value="http://127.0.0.1/starfish-pbx/backends/freeswitch/index.php" bindings="configuration" /> is add to xml_curl.conf.xml.

Is the someone who could help with this please. The freeswitch installation is on CentOS 5.3.
